Description

The Second Annual Riggie Run, Walk & Riggiefest will be held on Sunday, October 13 at the SUNY Polytechnic Institute campus, and will feature a 5K run, 5K wheelchair race, 2-mile walk and free 1-mile kids run. 5K participants can also register for the Riggie Challenge in which they will be required to consume one bowl of chicken riggies at the halfway point of the race. 

Register now for $5 off until July 21st! After July 21st, registration will go back to $30! 

A Riggiefest will also feature local restaurants that will showcase their version of this famous Utica dish. All run/walk participants are invited at no additional cost. Community members are also invited to attend for a $5 fee. 

Proceeds benefit the Sitrin Military Program, providing comprehensive, complimentary care to post-9/11 veterans and service members.
