Utica Glass has been acquired by Kola Aina, succeeding Gary Puleo Sr. Over more than three decades of independent ownership since 1993, Gary Puleo Sr. built Utica Glass into one of Central New York’s most trusted commercial glazing contractors — earning the loyalty of customers, partners, and employees through quality workmanship and long-term relationships.

The acquisition marks a deliberate, well-resourced repositioning of the business. Kola Aina, now serving as President & CEO, will lead Utica Glass into its next chapter — investing in fabrication capabilities, deepening customer partnerships, and building a leading regional platform across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast.
