Brockway-Carpenter Real Estate LLC, brokered by Andrew Carpenter-Brockway, will hold a grand opening at its new Whitesboro office on Thursday, June 2^nd at 5pm.  The company originally began as a real estate team duo while working for other brokerages between 2016 and 2020. 

In 2021, Carpenter-Brockway sought to establish the team as its own entity and formed Brockway-Carpenter Real Estate LLC.  Over the next 12 months, Carpenter-Brockway operated the business from his home and saw sales of nearly $5 million after his first year in business.  The core values of the company are simple: transparency, integrity, and value.  “We are trying to raise the bar and change the experience for our clients.  This is why we invest in professional photography on every single one of our listings.  We recognize that we are a home seller’s greatest expense, and we want them to feel good about what they are getting from us,” said Carpenter-Brockway in a news release.  He also spoke about the company’s software that allows their clients to know exactly what is happening all throughout the transaction through a user-friendly client portal.

Heading into 2022, Carpenter-Brockway’s goal was to grow the business into its own space and he always felt that Whitesboro fostered the best conditions for this.  In addition to the two original team members, three newly licensed agents have chosen to make Brockway-Carpenter Real Estate LLC home.  As an active business educator in local schools, Carpenter-Brockway is excited about helping new agents discover their talents and realize their goals through ongoing training and development experiences sponsored by the brokerage.

The grand opening event will include snacks and refreshments, along with a ribbon cutting with the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce.  The public is invited to attend and check out their new space.  The new office is located at 214 Oriskany Boulevard in Whitesboro.
