Turn Surplus Food into Community Impact Join the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce, the Oneida-Herkimer Solid Waste Authority, and ResQ2Feed for a free Food Donation and Food Scraps Recycling Compliance Workshop on Tuesday, December 1, from 10–11:30 a.m. at the Chamber, 520 Seneca Street, Suite 102, Utica. Designed for Oneida County food-generating businesses, this hands-on session will feature guidance from NYSDEC, help participants develop a food donation program, and connect businesses with local food rescue resources.
