Physical Therapist, Erik Winberg begins his journey as the new business owner of “FORTE Strength and Fitness.” Erik provides not only guided group training with individualized programming but also Physical Therapy services. Winberg Physical Therapy is also located at the same address.

Erik grew up in Rome, N.Y., attended Utica University and graduated with a doctorate in physical therapy. His “forte” is working with competitive and recreational athletes whether in the clinic or the gym setting . Erik’s experience with inpatient and outpatient therapy allows him to treat those actively participating in sports, rehabilitating post-operatively, and those with chronic conditions. Winberg Physical Therapy is designed to implement rehabilitation techniques centered around the patient and their needs.

The hours of operation for Winberg Physical Therapy are Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, with more hours offered by appointment. FORTE Strength & Fitness are Monday - Friday from 7am-8am, and 4pm-7pm.
