Project Me Foundation Inc. exists to bridge the critical gap in resources for young people ages 16 to 24 who are phasing out of the juvenile justice system, foster care, or other under-served pathways. When traditional systems end support—often at age 18—we step in.
Too many young people are expected to navigate adulthood without stable housing, guidance, employment opportunities, or community support. Project Me Foundation Inc. was created to change that reality.
Our vision encompasses a future where no young person is left without support simply because a system's timeline expired—and where every young adult has the tools, mentorship, and opportunity to define success on their own terms.
This is more than a program. Project Me Foundation Inc. is a commitment—to stand in the gap, to reduce system reentry, to promote public safety through prevention, and to support successful transitions to adulthood.
