The Speech Pathologist is responsible for evaluating and assessing program participants, educating individuals and team members, completing required documentation, communicating with other health care professionals on the program participants’ IPP/IEP, assisting with departmental maintenance and supplies, participating in agency activities, assisting in orientation to the department and assisting with equipment adaptation.
