Mosaic Health Ilion has an immediate opening for Registered Nurse to join our growing outpatient primary care center. 

Duties to include, but not limited to:

- obtaining and documenting health history from the patient

- performing triage assessment

- reviewing and developing care plans

- providing wellness related education

Minimum Education/Experience:

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in New York State

• 2 to 4 years prior experience in an outpatient setting
