This is a remote position located in Central or Western New York.
The Recruiter is responsible for providing exceptional recruitment services for M3’s clients all while keeping M3’s core values top of mind. With guidance from the RPO Manager, the Recruiter will seek to understand the hiring needs of clients and contribute to their success by interviewing and recommending candidates to the client. The Recruiter will work closely with existing clients along with candidates. He/she will actively work with the M3 team to fill each role successfully with the most qualified candidate.
CORE DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:- Screen resumes/applications
- Contact candidates for phone screen and conduct phone screens
- Make recommendations on candidates for interviews, with guideance from RPO Manager or Senior Recruiter as needed
- Schedule interviews with candidates/hiring manager, confirm and provide invites and reminders as needed
- Keep candidate up-to-date on their status including sending standard declination as appropriate
- Enter, update, and maintain candidate information/hiring status in ATS or tracking system
- Provide updates on client calls as requested, with guideance from RPO Manager or Senior Recruiter as needed
- Extend offers as requested by the client
- Build and maintain trusting relationships with key clients, partners, communities we serve within and stakeholders to support future growth plans.
- Contribute to a positive work environment through collaborative team work and positive communication in alignment with M3’s culture, values and mission.
- Represent M3 Placement and Partnership at conferences and industry events
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 0-2 years experience working in Recruitment
- Excellent communication skills

- Accepts and readily adapts to changing priorities, new ideas, strategies, procedures, and methods.

- Microsoft Office Suite experience (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
