Maintenance Tech Position

Responsibilities

  • Respond to after-hours emergency calls, including but not limited to:
  • Tenant lockouts
  • Loss of water, power, or HVAC
  • Water leaks and flooding
  • Coordinating with and meeting vendors as needed
  • Complete general work orders during business hours (e.g., repairs, installations, troubleshooting).
  • Perform apartment cleanings and unit turnover tasks prior to new tenant move-ins.
  • Conduct routine inspections and minor repairs to ensure properties remain safe and well-maintained.
  • Communicate effectively with property management staff and tenants regarding issues and resolutions.

Requirements

  • Previous maintenance or property management experience preferred.
  • General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be available for on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Compensation

  • Pay: DOE (Depending on Experience).
  • On-call hours and emergency responses compensated accordingly.
