Responsibilities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Utilize strong sales techniques to negotiate favorable terms for clients.
• Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance in all transactions.
• Manage property listings, including marketing and administrative tasks.
• Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain an organized database of client information and property details.
• Leverage multilingual skills to assist a diverse clientele.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $53,971.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Schedule:
• Choose your own hours
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
