Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources (HR) will be responsible for leading the people functions for Kelberman. The individual will partner with the Executive team and provide leadership and consultative services in all areas of Human Resources. This includes a focus on culture, employee engagement, DEi, leadership, coaching, development and retention. In addition, the Director of HR will be responsible for recruitment and hiring, compensation, benefits and leave management, HR compliance, employee relations, and HR administration. The Director of HR will operate as a strategic thought partner and ensure day-today execution of all HR tasks through the HR team. The Director of HR is responsible for ensuring adherence to all people related policies, practices, laws, regulations, and administration rulings of advisory and regulatory authorities.
