Director of Compliance & Risk Management

The Director of Compliance & Risk Management serves as a role model, creating positive relationships with staff in an environment of mutual respect, trust, and integrity while managing the compliance functions and works to mitigate risk by fostering the commitment to adhere to regulatory compliance with all applicable program service regulations, operational policies and procedures and billing requirements. This position is a strong advocate for the people we support and is responsible for the understanding and compliance of all OPWDD, DOH, SED and OCFS policies and regulations.
