Director of Capital & Strategic Finance

Overview:
Utica Glass Company is seeking a results-driven leader to secure and manage capital for a growing Division 8 fabrication and glazing platform.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SBA loan process and lender relationships
• Secure state and local incentives (ESD, IDA)
• Structure project financing (debt, grants, tax abatements)
• Build financial models and funding strategies
• Manage relationships with banks, agencies, and partners

Requirements:

• 5+ years in commercial finance, SBA lending, or economic development
• Proven track record securing financing or incentives
• Strong network in banking or public development agencies
• Experience with manufacturing or construction preferred

Compensation:
Base salary + performance-based bonus tied to capital secured
