Chief Financial Officer

Kelberman, a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting individuals with autism and developmental disabilities, is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our Executive Management Team.

As CFO, you will oversee all aspects of the organization's financial operations, ensuring the fiscal strength and sustainability needed to advance Kelberman's mission. This key leadership role is responsible for directing accounting, budgeting, financial planning, operational support and other designated functions, including property management.

What You'll Do:

✔ Lead and oversee all financial operations of the agency

✔ Direct accounting, budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting activities

✔ Provide strategic financial guidance to support organizational growth and sustainability

✔ Evaluate financial performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

✔ Supervise finance staff and designated operational functions

✔ Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement Kelberman's vision and mission

✔ Ensure the organization has the financial resources necessary to achieve its goals responsibly and effectively
