Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Apartment Building Cleaner to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in common areas and shared spaces of the building. The ideal candidate will ensure that all areas are kept in top condition to provide a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and visitors.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, elevators, and entrances.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Dust and wipe down surfaces, including railings, mailboxes, and windows.
• Empty trash bins and replace liners.
• Maintain and clean public restrooms, if applicable.
• Report maintenance issues such as leaks, broken fixtures, or damages.
• Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Respond to urgent cleaning requests as needed.
• Follow health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in cleaning, janitorial, or housekeeping roles preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable and punctual.

Work Schedule:
