We'll kick things off at the Utica University Nexus Center, one of the region's biggest economic success stories, before heading into Bagg's Square West, where century-old warehouses and factories are being transformed into apartments, businesses, and creative spaces. The tour continues through some of downtown's most interesting and Instagram-worthy spots, including the colorful murals near Utica Coffee Roasting Company, where we'll stop for coffee and conversation.
