Elis J. DeLia, Esq. presents the 8th annual Jingle Jam!  If you've ever been to Jingle Jam, you know what a great event this is!  The beneficiary for this year's event will be ICAN's TORCH Program (Teen Outreach for Regional Community Health).  TORCH would utilize this money to implement incentives within their evidence based TOP program for 6-12 graders to encourage positive health and wellness, healthy relationships, community services, and reduction of risky behaviors.
