A ribbon-cutting ceremony will be held at thINCubator Utica, 106 Genesee Street, Utica, NY, on Thursday, January 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM. 

SEA, co-founded by Adam Feck of Forward-46, Inc. and Victoria Bracco of Encore Media Agency, provides businesses and nonprofits of central and upstate New York with access to fractional executive services, expert guidance, and strategic support—resources that have historically been out of reach for many businesses in the area. This expansion represents a significant milestone in SEA’s mission to empower businesses and foster economic growth in communities across Upstate New York.
