Join us for a meaningful evening right at our helicopter hangar in Rome, NY, as we honor the lives touched through our mission. The event will recognize the dedication of our life-saving crews and reflect on the impact of the care provided by Mercy Flight Central and our partners. The evening will include a special candle lighting ceremony, with candles available for pre-purchase or for purchase at the event. We hope you can join us for this heartfelt gathering and look forward to sharing this special evening together. 

Schedule of events: 

5:30 PM – Event Begins 

• Food will be on-site 
• Tour the Mercy Flight Simulator Trailer 
• Stop by the Mercy Flight Central SWAG booth 
• Share your story or take photos at our testimonial booth 
• Enjoy music

6:30 PM – Program 

Welcome & remarks by President & CEO Lauren Kolb 

6:45 PM – Candle Lighting Light a candle in honor of patients and lives impacted 

7:30 PM - Event Concludes
