On Saturday, November 22 from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, November 23 from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., local businesses will kick-off the holiday season at the annual Public House Pop-Up. The event will take place at the beautiful Five Points Pub and Event Center at the Irish Cultural Center located at 623 Columbia Street in Utica.
