Check out how two very different businesses collide for an Earth Day tradition 🌳🌎♻️

Artists from sculpture_space (a local organization providing residency programs to artists from around the world) were invited to Empire’s (Empire Recycling Corporation) corporate office and main yard complex to gather scrap materials they will need to create their upcoming sculptures.

The Earth Day Collection of 2024 will be on display at this year’s Charity Art Auction this fall at Sculpture Space. The pieces will be auctioned off to go home with the highest bidders and will benefit artists’ programs at Sculpture Space!

Keep Mohawk Valley Beautiful (KMVB) is a six-county affiliate of Keep America Beautiful. KMVB hosts annual clean up events and encourages community beautification projects to preserve and protect the natural beauty and health of the Mohawk Valley region.

The Mohawk Valley Economic Development District can provide you with free bags, gloves, and water for your volunteers!
