 Leadership is a privilege and responsibility. It can also be isolating, at times. We hear it often: leading people carries weight, decisions feel heavier, challenges feel personal. And there aren’t always spaces to talk openly about it. That’s why we’re hosting this Leadership Breakfast. 

Join other Chamber members for a thoughtful, facilitated conversation about the leadership trends and realities shaping our workplaces right now. Be it navigating change, recruiting and retaining talent, strengthening communication, and building resilient teams, we’ll explore what leaders are experiencing and ideas on how to support one another through it. 

This isn’t just for those with a formal leadership title. If you influence others in your company, your family, or your community, you are leading. You deserve a seat at this table. Expect meaningful dialogue, shared insight, and the kind of connection that reminds you you’re not in this alone.
